Health & Wellness Coach
My Journey
I began my career in the IT corporate world as a B.Tech (IT) graduate. Like many professionals, I got stuck in long working hours, stress, and unhealthy habits. Eventually, my health started declining — I gained excessive weight and lost my confidence and energy.
This became a turning point in my life.
Through proper nutrition, lifestyle correction, and consistent wellness practices, I lost **16 kilograms** and transformed my physical and mental well-being. This transformation inspired me to help others do the same.
Becoming a Wellness Coach
In 2022, I left my IT job and became a **full-time Health and Wellness Coach**. Since then, I have helped hundreds of people:

- Reverse lifestyle diseases naturally
- Improve strength and mobility
- Fix sleep patterns and increase energy
- Learn what, when, and how much to eat
- Build a balanced, mindful, and happier lifestyle

My Purpose
For the last four years, I have been dedicated to transforming people’s health, mindset, and future. Watching them grow in confidence and happiness is my greatest reward — and I feel blessed that God has chosen me for this purpose.
